This site is a tribute to Alan James, who was born in Woodborough on September 09, 1948. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

Our Dad passed away on the 16th of September 2024 after a short illness. 

He will be missed by our entire family.

Wife Maureen, his girls Melanie and Helen. 

Steve and Andy.

His surviving siblings Barbara and Tim.

His grandchildren Mike, Emily and Luke.

His great grandchildren Aubree, Charlie and Amelia. 

He was also a wonderful uncle to Elaine, Neil, Simon, Matthew, Karen, Stephen, Anthea, Katy, Jack, Mark, David and Caroline. 

Loved and missed by our large extended family. 

Close friends and work colleagues over the last 50 years of his working life.
